Our plant produces cylindrical water tanks “Iceberg” using latest equipment. Vertical reservoirs are used in industrial water treatment systems, in modern residential complexes as reserve storage and regulative reservoirs and in other spheres. Cylindrical water tanks made of stainless steel are produced with a capacity from 5 cbm to 30,000 cbm (1,300 – 7,920,000 gallons). We have standard sizes of typical water tanks, but according to customer's enquiry we produce sectional reservoirs of nonstandard sizes. Design can be made using thermal insulation or without it.

As a rule, vertical water tanks are installed at the open sites using thermal insulation, but due to sectional design very often our reservoirs are installed indoors. Any part of vertical water tank easily comes through the standard doorway.

Distinctive features of cylindrical tanks

Erection of sectional water tank is made without using welding, but only by connecting prefabricated panels between themselves by bolts. There is a sealing gasket between panels which provides tightness and resistance to seismic forces, but unique design of this gasket excludes contact of gasket's material with stored product, for example water, which as a result is in contact only with stainless steel. Endurance and reliability of sectional water tank is provided by strengthening angle bars which are connected by bolts with main panel from the outside. Drainage flange

Special attention should be paid to drainage system of the tank. It's very simple and convenient. Bottom part of vertical reservoir is equipped with central drainage branch pipe, located in the lowest point of the tank, so it provides complete effortless drain of stored product, as it is shown at the scheme. Such design facilitates a lot exploitation of water tank and it's maintanance.
